Play habits
These pages are articles, but short loops are still easy to sit with longer than you meant to. A few ordinary habits keep the visit the size you wanted.
A short self-check
None of this is a diagnosis. It is a pause.
- Have you been on the page longer than you planned?
- Are you refreshing the same scene to put off something else?
- Is the screen still on after you already felt finished?
- Would you be happy for someone in the room to see how long you have been here?
Habits that help
- Set a timer before you sit down. A limit invented mid-scroll rarely holds.
- Stand up between guides. Three short articles can eat an evening if you never leave the chair.
- Keep the brightness kind. These pages are dark on purpose. That does not mean they should run at midnight with the lights off.
- Stop when the pictures repeat. If you already know the road, the board and the pond, you are done.
If you need a wider conversation
If time on screens is getting in the way of sleep, school, work or people you care about, talk to someone you trust or to a local health service. PlayNovex is a magazine. We are not a clinic and we do not offer counselling.
